Supporting a highly respected senior leader, you will act as a trusted right hand while also playing a key role in strengthening engagement across a vibrant and connected community. Combining executive support, stakeholder management, events and engagement, this is a diverse position where no two days will look the same. The Opportunity Reporting directly to a senior executive, you will be responsible for: Providing high-level Executive Assistant support including complex diary and inbox management Preparing presentations, speeches, briefing papers and executive documentation Coordinating meetings, committees and leadership activities Building and maintaining strong relationships with a broad network of stakeholders Supporting community engagement initiatives, programmes and events Acting as a key point of contact across multiple internal and external groups Partnering with senior leaders to strengthen engagement, communication and connection Assisting with special projects and strategic initiatives About You To be successful in this role, you will be a highly professional individual who enjoys building relationships and creating positive experiences for others. You will bring: Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Community Engagement Manager, Relationship Manager or similar - Or all 3 would be great!
